It finally sold! It’s a great property in artsy Venice, California that went on the market in July of 2010 with a listing price of $6.25 million. Only four months later it underwent a price reduction down to $4.799 million and finally down to $3.2 million and still nothing happened. It was time to do something.

They pulled it off the market and had it completely redone by the architect Brian Murphy, who originally designed the sweeping, open main house where Dennis lived surrounded by his voluminous art collection. He was also an avid photographer and artist in addition to being a successful actor.
