Florida Condo Sales See Sharp Increase

Florida condo and townhome sales increased by 9% year over year in the second quarter of 2026, with the biggest increases seen in condos and townhomes priced under $200,000 and those selling for $1 million or more. Panama City, Punta Gorda, Cape Coral-Fort Myers, and Naples home sales increased significantly.
