Grey Gardens was the dilapidated Hamptons home of Jackie Kennedy’s eccentric aunt and cousin that was made into an award-winning documentary in 1975 and a Broadway play in 2006. It is now for sale at $18 million. American Express is renting it for the summer for corporate functions.
