Florida Home Sales Fueled By Domestic Buyers!

Despite a 30% decline in international buyers across the U.S., Florida home sales and prices continue to increase. Florida home sales are up 2.4% and spending by 4.6% in 2019. The international market has been hit by a strong U.S. dollar, weak international economic growth and negative rhetoric from President Trump against some foreign countries. Florida gets about 20% of all U.S. international buyers.
