One of LA’s best 1960’s modern home designs has come on the market at $3.4 million. The Franks House was designed by Raúl Garduno in Brentwood’s Crestwood Hills neighborhood with lots of glass, big views, cork wall coverings, a cascading waterfall and koi pond.
