Millennials Finally Enter Home Market!

According to the National Association of Realtors, millennials made up 32 percent of home buyers in 2014, up from 28 percent in 2012. According to Zillow’s Housing Confidence Index, 5.2 million renters plan to buy a home in 2015 compared to 4.2 million in 2014.
