New York’s Property Tax Windfall!

Due to controversial tax breaks, some ultra wealthy New York City home owners are paying very low property taxes. According to the New York Post, the billionaire owner of a $100 million Central Park condo is paying just $17,268 in property taxes. New York is the highest property tax state in the U.S. with an average home tax bill over $15,500.
