No Trump Bump In Housing!

Although the U.S. stock market has done well since Donald Trump became president, the housing market has not performed nearly as well. According to an analysis by the real estate website Trulia, U.S. home values performed slightly better in President Obama’s four years in office than in Trump’s first year. And that many housing indicators in blue states have performed better than the red states.
