Sword Gate House Finally Sells!

It took 11 years but one of Charleston’s most historic homes finally sold. Built in the early 1800s and once owned by Abraham Lincoln’s granddaughter, Sword Gate House was listed in 2009 for $23 million and then went through a series of price reductions recently selling for $10 million. The listing agency was Handsome Properties.
