According to “The Real Deal,” the number of new condo units proposed for the Florida Gold Coast counties of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties between I-95 and the Atlantic Ocean has reached 40,500. Almost as many as the numbers for the 2003 to 2010 condo boom era.
