Florida Home Sales Increase 25 Percent!

The Florida housing market continues to improve with higher listings, sales and prices. Sales of single-family homes increased 24.6 percent since 2014. New listings are up by 8.6 percent since 2014 and median prices have increased for 40 consecutive months to $190,000 for a single-family home and $152,000 for condominiums.
