Florida Home Prices Continue To Rise!

The median sale price for Florida single-family existing homes increased to $200,000, up 11.1 percent since May, 2014. Condo prices increased 9.7 percent to $159,000. Florida homes are also spending less time on the market – only 49 days for single-family homes and 52 days for condos. Sunshine State home prices have increased for 42 consecutive months.
