Russell Weiner, who created Rockstar Energy drinks with a $50,000 loan on his condo, just sold the business for $3.85 billion to Pepsico. He owns two Florida super-luxury homes: a Miami Beach mansion recently on the market at $35 million and a Delray home for sale at $36.5 million.
