Florida Home Market Surging!

The Florida housing market continues to improve with more sales and higher prices. Sales of single-family homes increased 14.7 percent and condo sales were up 8.9 percent since the third quarter of 2014. Median prices have increased 9.8 percent to $199,900 for a single-family home and 7.9 percent to $150,000 for condominiums.
