The Memphis home for Elvis Presley’s physician, Dr George Nichopoulos, is for sale asking $449,000. According to the listing agent, Elvis helped design the home. In 1981, the doctor faced legal charges related to over prescribing drugs related to Presley’s death. He died in 2016.
