Texas $100 Million Mansion Auction!

One of the largest estates in Texas is going to auction on December 19th. Walnut Place was commissioned by Italian Count Pio Crespi and his American wife, Flo Crespi, in 1938. The original 10,000-square-foot mansion was later expanded to 28,000 square feet along with a 6,300-square-foot guest house and a separate three-bedroom family home. Originally listed in 2013 at $135 million, it was later dropped to $98 million but did not sell.
