Founded by Bob Wian, many remember the iconic Big Boy sign towering above each restaurant in his red and white checkered overalls holding a hamburger. Wian’s Palm Springs home is for sale at $1.95 million. Built in 1958, the mid-century-modern home measures in at 3,076 square feet on one-third acre with three bedrooms and two baths plus three separate casitas with baths and private entrances. Grounds also include a pool, spa, putting green, patio and barbecue area and a large outdoor chess set. It is now for sale at $1.95 million.
