Florida Condo Prices Increase 72 Consecutive Months!

Florida home and condo prices have gone up every month for six years. Florida’s median price for condominiums in December, 2017 was $180,000, an increase of 7.8 percent from the end of 2016. The median price for single-family homes was $244,845, an increase of 8 percent. Florida prices have gone up every month since the bottom of the housing market crash in 2011.
