Movie and TV producer/director/writer Ryan Murphy is the buyer of Richard Gere’s eight-bedroom New York Westchester home for $24.15 million. One of Hollywood’s most powerful figures, Ryan has created shows such as Glee, American Horror Story and Eat Pray Love. Earlier this year, Gere bought Paul Simon’s 31-acre New Cannan, Connecticut home for $10.8 million.
