Located on four acres in ritzy Manalapan, just south of Palm Beach, the home will have over 50,000 square feet plus a boathouse, guesthouse and amenities such as a bowling alley, car museum and a movie theater. Outside is a combined total of over 700 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal waterfront and a tunnel connecting to the two. The asking price is $285 million. The developer is Stewart Satter and the listing agent is Nick Malinosky of Douglas Elliman.
