The magazine Arts & Architecture put out a challenge to architects to build attractive, affordable homes. Their Case Study Houses were numbered 1 through 28, and were built from 1945 sporadically through 1966. Actress Lily Collins bought LA Case Study House # 10 from fellow actress Kristen Wiig in 2021 for $3.9 million. She just sold it for $6.2 million.
