Indy Colts $12 Million Lake House

Recently deceased Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay also owned an impressive lake house in Culver, Indiana, which he designed. Features of the 13,956-square-foot home on four levels include a 4,000-square-foot dock on Lake Maxinkuckee, a four-lane bowling alley, an indoor shooting range, and eight bedrooms. Irsay died in 2025, and the home recently sold for $11.75 million.
