More and more celebrities and business tycoons are leaving California to buy homes and condos in Miami, including David and Victoria Beckham, Tom Brady, and Jeff Bezos. In January, the Miami area had five home sales over $20 million each, including a $33 million condo sale at The Surf Club in Surfside.
