The adobe residence is located in the Catalina Foothills Estates, one of the wealthiest areas of the city, and was designed in 1936 by Swiss-American architect Josias Joesler.
Marvin and his wife, Pamela, bought the home in 1975, and he lived there until his death in 1987 at the age of 63.
