There are a number of US towns that have low housing costs and good weather. GoBankingRates recently ranked the top 25 towns with good weather where residents can live on a budget of $2,000 a month or less. Two Florida cities took the top spots, with Tallahassee ranked #1 and Fort Myers at #2. Raleigh, North Carolina took the third spot.
