The Pompano Beach Waldorf Astoria Residences is under construction and just set record sales with $17.1 and $18.1 million penthouse contracts. In addition to the Waldorf Astoria, the Ritz-Carlton Residences are under construction and almost sold out, while the Armani Casa Residences and the W Residences are in pre-construction sales.
