It took two years and three price cuts, but Jennifer Lopez has found a buyer for her and Ben Affleck’s marital home. Ben and Jennifer bought the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom home in 2023 for $61 million after spending months looking for the perfect home. They put it on the market a year later for $68 million, when Jennifer filed for divorce. The sale price has not yet been disclosed, but the most recent asking price was $50 million.
