The 5,000-square-foot, three-story house on the Gulf of Mexico was constructed in 2009 with the main level located on the second story, with two curved staircases leading from the driveway to the front entrance. The kitchen and living room share an open floor plan that leads to a balcony with a view of the Gulf. The main floor also has a family room, a wine cellar, and two home offices, one of which could be used as a bedroom.

According to PropertyShark records, Hogan, who passed away in 2025 at age 71, paid $3.33 million for the Mediterranean-style house in 2012.
