NYC Ranks #1 For Big Home Prices!

Aspen, Colorado came in at #2 at 16 percent appreciation, San Francisco was #6 at 14.3 percent and Los Angeles was #10 at 13 percent. The highest ranked non-U.S. cities were Bali and Istanbul, both with 15 percent luxury home price increases.
