Carolina Home Has Ties To King George!

A South Carolina estate that was originally founded in 1732 under a grant from England’s King George II is for sale. The main house was built in 1878 and recently extensively remodeled. The home’s gardens were designed by Robert Marvin and Douglas Duany who also worked on Augusta National Golf Club, Sea Pines Resort, and the South Carolina Governors Mansion grounds. It is for sale reduced from $25 million to $17.5 million.
