Home Prices Improve In Most of U.S.!

Home prices continue to increase in most of the United States with single-family home prices up in 93 percent of National Association of Realtors measured markets in the second quarter of 2015. A total of 163 out of 176 markets showed increases compared to 2014 and 19 percent had double-digit increases. The national median sale price for single-family homes increased from $212,000 to $229,400.
