The most expensive real estate deal in New York City in 2015 was a One57 penthouse condominium at $91.54 million. One57 is a new building on West 57th Street with Central Park views attracting some of the richest buyers in the world. In addition to the #1 slot, One57 also landed three more spots in the top 10. New York Jets owner Woody Johnson took second place with the sale of his Firth Avenue duplex at $77.5 million.
