Florida Home Prices Increase 50 Consecutive Months!

Median prices for Florida single-family homes have increased 13.7 percent from January 2015 to $199,000 and condo prices were up 10.9 percent to $152,000. Overall Florida home prices have increased for 50 consecutive months. Single-family sellers are getting almost 94 percent of their asking price while condo sellers are over 93 percent.
