Under construction since 2004 for the king and queen of the vacation-time-share business, the Florida home over 100,000 square feet for David and Jackie Siegel is about 18 months from completion. Much larger than the White House with a 20-car garage and 23 bathrooms, the home’s long-running construction and finance issues were depicted in the film-documentary Queen of Versailles.
