U.S. Home Prices Surge 10% Since 2019!

According to the Case-Shiller Home Price Index, U.S. home prices increased over 10% since December, 2019. Fueled by low interest rates and limited inventory, prices were up in cities across the country lead by Phoenix at 14.4% and Seattle’s 13.6%.
