Katharine Graham’s Martha’s Vineyard Home!

The place where Washington Post owner, Katharine Graham, entertained friends and dignitaries from around the world is for sale at $39.5 million. Graham bought the 217-acre property in 1972 for $1.46 million. Graham died in 2001 and her former home was later dismantled in 2005. Included in the sale are 50 acres, a boathouse, caretaker’s cottage and a former tennis house.
