Guadagnino, one of the stars of MTV’s Jersey Shore, has sold his Hollywood Hills home for $3.77 million, less than a year after he bought it for $3.5 million. Located above Sunset Plaza, the three-bedroom home was recently remodeled and has panoramic views of Century City, Beverly Hills and the ocean. Feroz Taj of The Agency represented both the seller and the buyer.
