The American Institute of Architects ranked the Seidenbaum Residence, now for sale at $2.499 million, among the greatest pieces of L.A. architecture created between 1947-1967. Set on a plateau with mountain and city views, a main feature of the four-bedroom home are two peaked roofs and clerestory windows. The listing agent is Denise Snanoudj of The Agency in Beverly Hills.
