New York City, a Housing Bargain!

Although the Big Apple was shut out of the top 20, the city still had six zip codes in the top 100. For the fifth consecutive year, high-tech-town Atherton, California was ranked the #1 expensive neighborhood. California had 70% of the country’s wealthiest zip codes.
