The 20-acre compound in Bridgehampton is named for a century-old observation tower that was built as part of the main house in 1891, sited on more than 20 private open and wooded acres. The three-story traditional main house has six bedrooms and five and a half baths, while the guest house and artist studio add another two bedrooms and two baths totaling over 11,000 square feet of living space. Christie grew up in California as a self-proclaimed âsurfer girlâ but has been a resident of the Hamptons for years.
