The five-bedroom, four-bath Murray Hill home was built in 1915 in a neighborhood favored by entertainers. Porter was one of the world’s most prolific composers with hits such as ‘Kiss Me, Kate’ and ‘Night and Day.’ The deal was brokered with Lydia Sussek of the Corcoran Group and Joy Grossman & Elizabeth H. O Neill of Warburg Realty.
