According to Realtor.com, the most expensive home-price zip code in the United States is Atherton, California where the median listed home price is over $10 million. Home to tech and finance multi-millionaires, Atherton is followed by Los Altos, California where average home prices list over $6 million. New York City’s Tribeca area over $5 million; Medina, Washington at almost $5 million and Miami Beach’s Fisher Island at $3.7 million round out the top five.
