With views of the Chattahoochee River, it is an unfinished, 36,000-square-foot, eight-bedroom, nine-bath Greek Revival-style fortress with security systems in place that rival the White House. Set on more than three acres, it includes a 15,000-square-foot bunker with command center and concealed entrances/exits, an embedded security system that includes safe core rooms in the master and guest bedrooms and remote-operated ballistic doors and walls designed to be impenetrable. Also in place are a a bank vault room, a two-station gun range location with a concealed entry and secret escape access and a 5,000-square-foot car vault. Listed at $14.7 million, it will sell at auction for the highest amount over the $3.9 million reserve.
