Or Billy Joel’s Florida home that he listed at $19 million but later dropped as low as $10 million; Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch that came on the market in 2015 at $100 million, but didn’t sell until 2021 for $22 million; and Michael Jordan’s Chicagoland mansion that has been on the market since 2012 at $29 million, later reduced to $14 million and a failed auction still looking for a buyer.
