Why US Home Prices Won’t Go Down!

It is a hot housing market across most all of the US and many buyers have decided to wait for prices to come down. They will probably be in for a long wait. America needs about 3 million more homes to meet demand, building supplies and workers are in short supply, and land is scarce. It is not a pretty picture for home buyers.
