In 2015, the visionary developer collaborated with world-renowned architect Felicity Bell to construct a custom-built contemporary estate at the end of a cul-de-sac in LA’s highly-coveted lower Bel-Air. Originally listed for $43 million in 2019, the residence is now being offered for sale at $38.5 million.
