Diana Cummings Halle, the widow of Bruce Halle who founded Discount Tire in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1960 with six tires, has listed their California mansion for $12.5 million. The Halles bought the home with ocean views in 2016 for $16 million and then spent another $8 million on changes to the 8,061-square-foot home. A second Halle mansion in Palm Beach they used for vacations sold in 2018 for $39.4 million. Mr. Halle died in January 2018.
