Miami Home Sale Sets New Florida Record!

Longtime South Florida business-leader and philanthropist, Adrienne Arsht, has sold her Miami mansion for $107 million. The five-bedroom home on Biscayne Bay is a new record price for the Miami Area. There is a second home on the property, Villa Serena, with 8,691 square feet that was built in 1913 and was once owned by three-time presidential candidate William Jennings Bryan.
