After a slowdown during the Covid years, Florida is having a surge in new residents and pre-construction condo construction. Florida’s population grew almost two percent in 2021 – 22, to over 22 million residents. It trails only California and Texas for the country’s largest state populations.Over 50 new condo projects are planned for South Florida.
