Kiss It Goodbye: Gene Simmons’ Las Vegas Home

After less than two years on the market, Kiss guitarist Gene Simmons has sold his Las Vegas home at a loss. Simmons sold the 11,000-square-foot contemporary and an adjacent lot for $10.2 million, after originally listing it for $15 million. Simmons didn’t hold on to the property for long, buying it in 2021 for $10.8 million.
